Westran Accepts Bid For Roof Project

The Westran School Board this month approved a bid from Watkins Roofing of Columbia for the elementary roof project. Superintendent Mark Harvey says it’ll cost just under 528 thousand dollars.
The board also raised substitute teacher pay to 100 dollars per day and approved hiring Drew Hunt as elementary principal.
