Adair County Jailer Faces Charges For Allowing Contraband

An Adair County jailer is one of four people charged in connection to meth being allowed into the jail last month. The Adair County Sheriff’s Office reported 44-year-old Kelly Easley of Elmer was arrested for delivery of a controlled substance after she reportedly took a package pain reliever containing meth from 24-year-old Chaze Eiler of Novinger, intended for an inmate, 34-year-old Frank Salsberry of Novinger. Those two, and 36-year-old Sabrina Salsberry of Novinger were also charged with delivery of a controlled substance, and Eiler was also charged with possession. The North Missouri Drug Task Force conducted the investigation.
