Two Women Hurt in Kahoka

Two Kahoka women were hurt when a car hit a pedestrian when the driver was backing out of a parking spot in the 600 block of West Exchange Street in Kahoka around 5:20 Saturday afternoon. The State Highway Patrol says 81-year-old Virginia Webster backed into 74-year-old Rosalie Smith, then into a parked SUV. Smith was flown to Quincy with moderate injuries. Webster was taken to Memphis with minor injuries.
