Truman President Discusses State Funding

Less than a month and a half remains in the state legislative session, and the new budget is still being considered in the House. Truman President Dr. Sue Thomas has been in contact with lawmakers to talk about a number of issues, including funding.

The budget must be completed by May 7th.

Thomas says they would like to see an increase to their core funding.

The state legislative session wraps up May 14th.
