Tiny Homes Coming to Moberly

The Moberly City Council recently approved a measure allowing for tiny homes to come to town. City Manager Brian Crane says they will be limited to a specific area.
Tiny homes are between 200 and 650 square feet and are built on pad sites. Crane says there are still rules to follow.
The tiny homes would be inspected on a change of occupancy just as trailers are.
