State Work-Study Bill Being Considered

Earlier this week a bill from Representative Kip Kendrick of Columbia was heard by the House Higher Education Committee. Kendrick explains his State Work-Study Bill.

This will be the fourth time Kendrick will attempt to pass the bill for the Allan Purdy Work-Study Program. Kendrick says he is confident the fourth time will be the charm.

The program would allow colleges and universities to contract with off-campus organizations to provide career-relevant positions for students.
