Cancer Patient Working to Open Her Own Business

Kiley Lemasters has been taking an Introduction to Business class at Moberly Area Community College, and is about four years past a brain cancer diagnosis in which she was only given three months. Her dream since then has been to open a coffee bus.

Last month her instructor, William King, took her to see the existing coffee bus at Knox County High School.

She’s not quite ready to open her business.

Lemasters says she gets a new MRI every four to six months.

We will air our interview with Kiley Lemasters on Education in Moberly Thursday morning.
