Slater Voters to Decide on Three Different Measures in April Election

The April 2024 ballot will be busy in Slater. City Clerk Russell Griffith says the three percent marijuana sales tax is one of three measures on the ballot.

Griffith says the other measures are tax renewals.

This is the fifth time both taxes are up for renewal with Slater voters. Road work from these taxes this year have gone towards 40 blocks of chip and seal work and various road maintenance projects.
