Representative McGaugh Talks Supplemental Budget

Late last week, the Missouri Senate approved the supplemental budget for the upcoming fiscal year. Governor Mike Parson quickly signed-off on the budget bill. House Budget Committee member Peggy McGaugh outlines the main provisions of the supplemental budget.
Many area school districts have planned on conducting various projects thanks to this latest round of COVID relief funds. McGaugh says some parts of the supplemental budget were changed in the Senate.
With the supplemental budget approved, the Carrollton Republican explains what’s next for the House Budget Committee.
The supplemental budget totals $4.6 billion.
