Rainbow House Provides Services for Children

Our former colleague here at Regional Radio Richie Vanskike is now the Director of Development at Columbia’s Rainbow House. He stopped by the KWIXLand This Morning studios recently to talk about it, and said that the reach of Rainbow House might surprise you.
Rainbow House provides both shelter for homeless children as well as children’s advocacy services. Vanskike said Rainbow House is lucky to receive a lot of private help, both financial and physical.
The biggest fundraiser of the year for Rainbow House is coming up on April 14th, a Masquerade Ball at the Holiday Inn Executive Center in Columbia. If you’d like more information, or to register, visit rainbowhousecolumbia.org.
