Putnam County School Board Considers April Ballot Issue

Putnam County Superintendent Dr. Heath Halley says the district has an opportunity to save close to $1 million by refinancing bonds.

Halley says that will set the district up to run a no-tax-increase bond issue in April.

The Putnam County School Board also talked about the coronavirus and quarantine procedures during its meeting.
