Plank Wants to Reduce Agricultural Hemp Regulations

State Representative Adrian Plank wants to see less regulation of Missouri’s hemp industry.
Plank has also filed a resolution asking the USDA to include Missouri in the federal Industrial Hemp Crop Insurance Program. However, Plank wants to see less modified hemp being sold as a substitute to marijuana.
