Old Junior High Building Project Stalled in Moberly

Planned renovations at the old junior high school in Moberly have been stalled for some time. City Manager Brian Crane says work has been attempted at the old junior high for several years.
Some progress was nearly made within the past decade.
The increased construction costs since COVID-19 have prevented further development on the building. Crane says the city is trying to help it along.
Planned developments for property on Woodland Avenue have also been on hold since the pandemic in 2020.
