Moberly Taking First Step on Downtown Parking Improvements

Parking improvements are coming to portions of downtown Moberly. Plans are in place to re-stripe and re-angle spots on a block of Coates Street and a block of 4th Street. City Manager Michael Bugalski says they’re taking a deliberate approach.

The city will use that community feedback to make additional improvements or potentially return to the original setup.

The improvements are part of a recently completed downtown parking study. The first phase will be finalized at the April 15th Moberly City Council meeting.
