A Moberly man faces multiple charges after an accident on I-70 Sunday morning that left a Kentucky man with minor injuries. The State Highway Patrol booked 64-year-old Roy Dotson for felony leaving the scene of an accident, careless and imprudent driving, and failure to keep right resulting in an accident. The Patrol says Dotson’s car was westbound near mile marker 154 around 3:40 when it went off the road, he overcorrected, and hit a pickup driven by 25-year-old Emily Holliday of Richmond, Kentucky. A passenger, 61-year-old Farris Osborne of Richmond, was taken to Fulton. Neither driver was hurt.
