Moberly Council Discusses a Development Agreement for Downtown

The Moberly City Council took a look at a development agreement which could lead to a significant investment downtown. City Manager Brian Crane says they have been working for quite a few months with a developer on this effort.

The project centers on an area around the former Kelly Hotel and the Commerce Bank Building.

The council discussed the agreement during a work session Monday night.

The agreement will be considered for formal approval in early January.
