Moberly Adding Housing

The Moberly City Council this week approved enhanced stormwater improvements as part of the Eagle Tree Ridge Subdivision being built by Adair Hathaway near South Morley and Route M. City Manager Brian Crane says it will add about 50 duplexes to the city.

The city is paying $33,000 to construct a stormwater detention basin larger than what is required. It’s not the only new development in that area.
