Mild Weather Benefiting Work Crews in Kirksville

This week’s extremely mild, and dry weather is allowing some road work and some other projects to be completed in Kirksville. Assistant City Manager Ash Young.
Young says the stormwater project is an important one.
The Kirksville City Council also has a budget session scheduled for Monday at 4pm.
