Macon Schools Approve Budget

The Macon School Board approved the district’s budget last week. Superintendent Scott Jarvis says the district is in a solid position financially.

While the district has not completely recovered from the financial hit COVID-19 brought, the district is tracking in the right direction.

Jarvis recently announced his intention to retire. The Macon School Board is conducting a superintendent search and hopes to name his replacement by December 1st.
