La Plata School Board Approves Preliminary Budget

The La Plata School Board approved a preliminary budget for next school year. Superintendent Dr. John Wiggans says early budget talks have gone smoothly.
The preliminary budget totals 4.5 million dollars in revenues, and 4.48 million dollars in expenditures.
The La Plata School Board should finalize the budget at its next meeting on June 26th.
