Kirksville to Develop Park Master Plans

The City of Kirksville has entered an agreement with a local firm to develop master plans for the city’s park system. Assistant City Administrator Ash Young says this will be very beneficial for the city.
These will be the first such park master plans done in Kirksville in nearly three decades.
The planning process will include public meetings and a public information campaign in order to get citizen input.
The Kirksville City Council gave unanimous approval to the agreement this month.
