Kirksville Police Asking For Help Identifying Suspect

The Kirksville Police Department is asking for the help of the public in identifying a suspect in a recent rash of property damage reports. Tuesday, officers responded to four reports involving tires being slashed on at least five vehicles parked in the 100 block of East Illinois, and the 400 to 800 blocks of North Franklin. Kirksville Police have obtained video of a suspect damaging the tires of vehicles in the 800 block of North Franklin Street shortly after 9 Monday night. The suspect was wearing a dark colored coat, walking northbound on Franklin Street and appears to stab the tires of vehicles parked on the street.
