Kirksville Declares Snow Emergency

The City of Kirksville has declared a snow emergency beginning at 6pm Friday. With 4 -6 inches of snow, and at least a tenth of an inch of ice expected in the area, all vehicles must be removed from all Emergency Snow Routes, including City streets in the Downtown, or Central Business District, within two hours following the beginning of the Traffic Emergency due to snow and ice, or by 8pm. Vehicles not removed by 8pm on Friday will be towed.
