Kirksville Amends Agreement For Electric Scooters

The Kirksville City Council amended an agreement with Bird to continue providing 50 to 100 electric scooters to ride around town. Assistant City Manager Ash Young says the first five months of the relationship has been a success.
Young says a lot of the e-scooters are being utilized by Truman State and A.T. Still University students.
Bird was founded in 2017 and operates electric scooters in more than 100 cities around the world.
