Judge Hays Addresses Moberly’s Top Ten Banquet Tonight

Associate Circuit Judge for the 22nd Judicial Circuit, Heather Hays, will be the guest speaker at the Rotary Club’s 39th Top Ten Percent Honors Banquet tonight in Moberly. Hays graduated from Moberly in 1991. She says her message is that success requires more than just good grades.
Hays says events like these are important.
The banquet is at 6:30 tonight at the MACC Auditorium.
