Hunters Reminded to Keep Limits in Mind for Missouri Duck Season

Duck season begins for hunters in Missouri’s northern zone Saturday. Chariton County Conservation Agent Chris Chesher reminds hunters of the limits for this season.

Newer hunters are advised to bring someone along to help identify the different species of ducks that they shoot. Chesher explains the reason for the species limits.

Hunters are also required to have a small game hunting permit, migratory bird hunting permit and federal duck stamp in order to participate in Missouri’s duck season.
