Green City Student Faces Assault Charges

A Green City student has been charged with second degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child following a fight on a bus after a baseball game Monday night. Online court records allege 18-year-old Kaden Johnson choked another student with an elastic band, causing him to lose consciousness, and also slapped him on the face. Johnson is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday afternoon.
