Crane Updates The Duplex Project On Logan Street

A recent Party Line caller was curious what was next for the old Woodland Hospital property along Logan Street. On the Moberly City Manager’s Report, Brian Crane reminded listeners that J.T. Holman purchased the land when the Randolph County Health Department moved to their current location on Highway 24 East. Crane said development plans have changed.

Crane said there is another step before construction can begin.
