Columbia Woman Seriously Hurt in Boone County Accident

A Columbia woman was seriously hurt in an accident on northbound Highway 63 in Boone County around 6:45 Thursday morning. The State Highway Patrol says 48-year-old Deana Phillips’s SUV struck the rear of an unoccupied pickup in the roadway that had been in a previous crash. Phillips was taken to Columbia.
