City of Kirksville Declares Snow Emergency

Due to the impending winter storm, the City of Kirksville has declared a Snow Emergency beginning at 10 am Monday. As a result of this declaration, all vehicles must be removed from all Emergency Snow Routes, including city streets in the Downtown, or Central Business District by noon on Monday. Vehicles not removed by then will be ticketed or towed. The Snow Emergency will remain in place until terminated. For more information contact the Kirksville Public Works Department at 660-627-1291.
