Cairo PTO Raises More Than $13,000 During Carnival

You might be surprised to learn just how much money was raised during a carnival at a local school district. Northeast R-IV Superintendent Darren Rapert has the number.
Rapert says over the years, the PTO has been extremely valuable to the school.
During last week’s meeting, the Northeast R-IV School Board also discussed the district’s audit.
