Big K Area Likely to See Severe Weather Sunday

National Weather Service Pleasant Hill meteorologist Brett Williams says the Big K listening area is likely to see severe thunderstorms Sunday.

Williams says the timing of when the morning showers leave will dictate how severe Sunday’s storms are.

Williams anticipates the Big K listening area will start seeing these storms develop in the late afternoon, early evening period. We will have KRES radar coverage if it becomes necessary.
