A 26-year-old woman faces two felony charges after allegedly stealing a vehicle from the Bratcher’s parking lot Tuesday evening and then leading law enforcement on a high speed chase. According to online court records, Anna Marie Reynolds is charged with stealing a motor vehicle and tampering with a motor vehicle, with bond set at 10 thousand dollars. The Moberly Police Department responded to the scene, and eventually the Highway Patrol became involved, according to Sergeant Eric Brown.

The stop was made just before 1am Wednesday. Reynolds requested a bond reduction during a court appearance but it was denied because she had just been released from the Department of Corrections last Friday, and she does not have a permanent address. Her next court appearance is scheduled for Monday afternoon.
