Luther Burden finished with seven catches for 114 yards and two touchdowns.

Despite a second quarter knee sprain, Brady Cook threw for a career-high 356 yards on 23 of 35 passing. Cook said this win showed how much the team had grown since last year’s 40-12 loss to the Wildcats.

Mizzou, now 3-0, plays Memphis next Saturday night in St. Louis. We’ll have the pregame at 4:30, kickoff at 6:30 on 99.9, The Captain. Kansas State falls to 2-1.
