Water Meter replacement Project Nearing Finish Line

Moberly Utilities Director Mary-West-Calcagno says there are only a handful of water meters that need to be replaced to complete the massive project that began last year.
The replacement effort has taken longer than officials had hoped it would.
About 55 hundred meters have been changed.
