Two Kirksville Residents Injured After Hitting Deer

Two Kirksville residents were injured after their motorcycle struck a deer on Highway 6, two miles west of Brashear, around 9:45 Friday night. The State Highway Patrol reports the driver, 31-year-old Adam Lewis, was taken to Columbia with serious injuries. 23-year-old Kelsey Laws was taken to Kirksville with moderate injuries.
