Truman Men’s Basketball Brings In 4 Late Signings

Truman State Men’s Basketball has added four late signings. Coach Jeff Horner said the quartet includes three transfers in 6’5 Jemarco Burse from Southeastern Illinois College, 6’4 Adam Sommer from Belmont Abbey, and 6’6 Brennan Lovette from Rend Lake Community College. The Bulldogs also get 6’8 Tobias Reizner from Don Bosco Institute.

Burse played on state championship teams at South Iron High School and will have two years of eligibility. Sommer is from St. Louis and went to Don Bosco, then played a year each at Garden City Community College and Division 2 Belmont Abbey. He has two years of eligiblity. Lovette played his high school ball at DeSmet in St. Louis and will have three years of eligibility. Reizner is from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and will have four years of eligibility.

Five freshmen signed in the fall to play for the Bulldogs and six players return from last season bringing the Truman roster to 15.
