TRUMAN FOOTBALL RANKED 23RD-NOT IN REGIONAL RANKINGS

The 8-1 Truman State football team bumped up two spots to number 23 in the new American Football Coaches Association Divison II Top 25 Poll released today (Monday). GLVC rival Indianapolis dropped nine positions to number 17 after a loss to Lindenwood. The Bulldogs and Greyhounds will meet this Saturday in Indianapolis with pregame coverage starting at 4:10 on KRES and centralmoinfo.com.

Also in the Coaches’ D2 Poll, Central Missouri is 10th and Northwest Missouri State is 12th. Valdosta (VAL-daw-sta) State is number one.

Truman again failed to crack the Super Region Three rankings.
