Treeline Music Fest Canceled One Month Before Returning To Columbia

Next month’s Treeline Music Fest in Columbia is no longer happening.  Organizers of the three-day music festival announced Thursday morning on Facebook that “significantly higher than expected expenses” had led to their decision to cancel this year’s event.  Headliners for this year were to include Jo Dee Messina, Cam, and Salt-n-Pepa.  Anyone who had purchased passes to the festival through Treeline’s website will receive a refund in about 30 days.  The Treeline Music Festival was rebranded in February, after being known as Roots, Blues n BBQ since its debut in 2007.
