Summer Book Contest at MACC

The LOGOS Committee at Moberly Area Community College looks to promote critical thinking, reading, and writing skills for students. It is sponsoring a reading contest for students, faculty, and staff this summer. Dr. Andrea Weingartner, Assistant Professor of History & History Department Coordinator, is the co-chair of the committee.

She says it’s also a way to get people off electronic devices this summer.

Winners get a 100 dollar gift certificate to the college bookstore, and there are other prizes for entrants.
