Wolfe says fair staff will take extra precautions to make sure exhibitors, attendees and livestock remain safe while on the grounds.

4-H and FFA livestock contests at the 118th Missouri State Fair begin August 11th with the market poultry show and continues through August 23rd.

Exhibitors are reminded that horses, cattle, and other hooven animals from counties with confirmed cases of Vesicular Stomatitis Virus will need to have paperwork on hand certifying that a veterinarian has inspected their entries within 48 hours of arrival and that they are not currently infected.
