South Shelby Schools May Utilize MOCAAT, Raising Teacher Base Salary

South Shelby Superintendent Troy Clawson says the district may utilize the MOCAAT service.
Clawson says the next step would be a financial analysis to determine if and when it could be used.
South Shelby is also increasing its teacher base salary by nearly four percent to $38,500.
