Slater School Board Finalizes Budget for 2023-24 School Year

The Slater School Board has finalized the district’s budget for the upcoming school year. Superintendent Dr. Terry Lorenz says this comes after last year’s budget operated at a deficit.

Lorenz adds the district is determined to tighten that gap in the new budget.

Work is underway on the Slater School District’s bond project. It includes H-VAC improvements and renovations to the football field.
