Slater Assistant Football Coaches to Split Head Coaching Duties this Season

The 2023 season will be a unique one for the Slater Wildcats. As Slater gears up for its first season in eight-man football they will do so with joint head coaches. Aric Falls, Cedric Davis and Eric Brayman will split the duties. Superintendent Dr. Terry Lorenz explains the reason for the shared coaching roles.
Lorenz adds there was another reason for the coaching co-op.
The Slater trio takes over after Chris Audsley led the Wildcats to a 2-8 record in his lone season as head coach. The Wildcats open their eight-man football schedule on August 25th at Braymer. Their home opener isn’t until week four against Plattsburg.
