SCN, Exploring New Uses Of Soybeans Remain Focus of Checkoff-Funded Research

Investment into several research projects benefiting soybean farmers continue from the Missouri Soybean Merchandising Council.  Chairman Kyle Durham says a top priority remains the discovery of additional modes of resistance to soybean cyst nematode.

Durham says the soy checkoff continues to explore innovative ways to use all components of the soybean, including one project at Missouri S&T in Rolla.

Progress reports on current and future research projects are available in the annual report from Missouri Soybeans.
