A couple Randolph County seniors are our Hawkins-Harrison Insurance Basketball Players of the Week.
Derek Rockett of Higbee reached the 2,000 point milestone with 25 in a win over Bevier. He followed up the next night with 26 points and 12 rebounds in a victory over Norborne.
Asa Fanning of Moberly averaged 21 points and seven rebounds in three wins over Hannibal, Boonville, and Marshall in four nights. She had 20-plus points in each win in the first week after reaching 1,000 points for her career.
