Riggs Anticipates Senate Action on Broadband Development Council Bill

Representative Louis Riggs expects Senate floor action soon on his bill that would establish the Broadband Development Council.
The bill passed out of the Senate Commerce, Consumer Protection, Energy and Environment Committee Tuesday.
It passed the House with just one dissenting vote in early March.
