Proposal to Move Tax Issues to November on Hold in House Committee

A bill seeking to move local tax issues to a general or primary election is on hold in the Missouri Elections and Elected Officials Committee. Committee chair, Representative Peggy McGaugh discusses the issues with this proposal.

Representative Chris Lonsdale of Liberty sponsors the bill. It would keep school board elections and other local races in the April Municipal Election.
