McCarty says the project is providing a solution to two problems caused by the economic fallout from the coronavirus pandemic.

Earlier this week, Missouri Farmers Care announced the donation of 16,000 servings of ground pork to the SEMO Food Bank, from hogs supplied by several nearby farms. Details on how producers, processors or supporters can help are available on the Missouri Farmers Care website.
