The Moberly man charged with second degree murder for the fentanyl overdose death of a Moberly woman in January is scheduled to be arraigned in Randolph County Court on Monday. 41-year-old Dustin Pool is currently incarcerated in the Missouri Department of Corrections. According to court records, Pool is accused of selling the woman opiates five times between last November and two days before she died. A search of his home in February found opiates and methamphetamine. Police were called to the victim’s home for a report of a possible overdose, and found her not breathing and unresponsive, with a syringe in her hand.
